Founder & CEO, Will Sullivan spent three decades at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC directing the front of house teams who ultimately served 150 million guests and generated $1B in revenue during his tenure. Along the way he learned a great deal about the art world as well as delivering hospitality in face paced, high volume environments. Today the focus is on projects where this energy and expertise can be used to make the world a bit better - one human at a time.We offer a variety of services including team building workshops, management coaching, hospitality training, and project management consulting.
