Proudly women-founded, -owned and -led, Balzac's Coffee Roasters is a 100% Canadian specialty coffee roaster operating a network of cafés in Ontario, with a fast-growing grocery and e-commerce business across the nation. Since our inception in 1993, we've thoughtfully sourced the finest selection of quality Arabica beans from around the globe. Each coffee is skillfully roasted and developed to a degree that highlights its inherent and unique flavour characteristics. Balzac's was inspired by the tradition of Parisian cafes, with a design aesthetic that embodies the surrounding community.
