Inobrodib is the first small molecule drug in the clinic targeting twin proteins p300 and CBP. It is formulated as a capsule taken orally. p300/CBP are twin (paralogue) acetyl transferases, and importantly, gene activating proteins that are known to play an important role in the progression of certain cancers.
