Our two Dallas-area hands-on training facilities total over 26,000-square feet, showcasing 30+ damage and material mock-up structures including five functional roofs and two small houses! CATI collaborates with carriers to custom-design courses to meet their needs - ranging from Lunch ‘n Learn workshops to intensive 1- or 2-week training courses held in our facilities or at their location. Whether staff are brand new hires or multi-year veterans, we develop their skills to the next level and fully aligned with each carrier's policies, guidelines, and training philosophy. Students practice inspection of standard and steep roofs, bathrooms, kitchens, closets, living spaces, fences and sheds – all with simulated storm or fire damage.
