We bridge the taste bud gap of the Dirty South from Memphis, to the Carolinas, Alabama, and Texas. Along with our delicious smoked meats, SLAB offers four different award-winning BBQ sauces. SLAB began as a food trailer in 2006, originally named Sugar Shack BBQ, and in August 2014 opened a brick and mortar location. Pitboss and Founder, Mark Avalos, has been featured on Travel Channel and Food Network for his famous BBQ sandwiches.
