It was established by Earl C. Hutchison, a business minded professional engineer with a diverse background in technical and engineering services. Our first services were provided by our Technical Division to the construction, mining and blasting industries. These quickly expanded to the insurance and legal industries through our Investigative Division and have continued through our Legal Technology and Video Productions divisions where they have reached all business sectors
