Ron Faulkner opened Ronnie's in 2007 with the aim to create a fine dining, top class restaurant experience for the people of Thornbury and beyond. Ronnie's quickly gained a prestigious reputation within the community and surrounding area and was proud to be named Good Food Guide Restaurant of the Year in 2009. Ronnie's has consistently been awarded 2 AA rosettes and is aiming for a third.As the owner and Chef Ron Faulkner brings his vast experience and flair to create unique dishes which compliment the seasons and the fantastic local ingredients on offer. His menus are always evolving, never limiting himself to one type of cuisine but rather experimenting with different techniques and flavours.
