Menno Klaver and Jesca ter Stroot, who have a fundamentally different view on how an audit firm is organized and managed, started their own company in January of 2010. We, with our employees on different levels of expertise, serve our national and international clients. Not only are we cooperating with every entrepreneur, who is looking for an auditor or tax advisor who thinks along the same lines as he or she does, we also take on complex administrations often with an international character. We audit financial statements for companies (private and public), with legally required audits, which appreciate a no-nonsense audit approach. We also audit financial statements for international companies that do business via The Netherlands and that desire a pragmatic audit approach. We compile financial statements, advice on tax optimization, and legal risk mitigation for enterprises with two or more shareholders and subsidiaries.
