Workouts are based on strength and conditioning incorporating kettlebells, bodyweight, TRX, jump rope, medicine balls, bosu balls, rowing machines, sleds and plyo-boxes. Classes are in a high-energy group atmosphere to really push yourself to achieve your fitness goals. In addition, we also conduct personal one-on-one sessions on request to really fine tune and hone technique and bring you to that next level.Truth Training also holds retreats, boot camps, standup paddle boarding tours and outings, trail runs and mountain bike tours.
