I started in Real Estate in 1995 and was PWAR top producer from 1997 to 2005. I then went into ownership & management & purchased my first Keller Williams franchise in Jan of 2003 in Martinsburg WV. I served as Operating Principal & Team Leader until Oct of 2003 when I hired someone for The Team Leader position. I then opened my second franchise in Fredericksburg, Va in 2004 as the Operating Principal & Team Leader in which I received the KW launch of the year award in Feb of 2006. I then opened my third franchise in Stafford, Va in 2005, my fourth in March of 2006, and my fifth and final in Oct of 2006. I then was offered the Regional Director position for the Keller Williams Maryland/DC region in December of 2006 in which I held until December of 2011. I served as the Team Leader/CEO of the KW office in Tysons Corner VA from Dec of 2011 through June 30th 2014 and grew that KW office from 81 agents to 250 agents in 2.5 years and increased profits by over 182%. In August of 2014 I decided to go back into sales and moved to Weichert Realtors. In August of 2016 I decided to open my own real estate brokerage w/ 2 colleagues called Coppermine Realty "Conducting Business with Excellence" located in Clifton VA and In December of 2020, I was presented with an amazing opportunity to Join Realty One Group in Alexandria VA as an associate broker and VP of Growth assisting in the expansion of Realty One Group within Northern Virginia.
