It is a symbol of resurrection, renewal after hardship and change. The Dragonfly's scurrying flight across water also represents an act of going beyond what's on the surface and looking into the deeper implications. The logo has an abstract visual resemblance to the insect but also represents the intersections of the different activities Dragonflies typically does: invest, steer and execute.
