Experience in managing turnkey IT projects globally and locally. As a start-up we are looking to establish with a focus on projects and services in the area of Transformation and technical projects. Key focus on setting up GIC (Global In house Centers- also known earlier as Captive centers). This includes starting from a feasibility study and Business case preparation, upon getting the approval for the Business case to implement the proposed solution using own skilled team of professionals and an echo system of Suppliers and vendors to manage the individual activities.
