Our mission is to improve women's lives and empower women to achieve their fullest potential. We provide programs, services, and resource/referrals to women in the Greater Hickory Metro area. We often receive questions from women going through major transitions including: medical issues, separation/divorce, job loss, homelessness, depression or other mental health issues, alcohol/substance abuse recovery.We also offer programs on job seeking, the legal aspects of separation/divorce, financial literacy, current women's issues, and networking events.The center is run by a three-person staff and an incredible group of volunteers.
