Noventure is a new company specialized in medical devices. We develop, register, manufacture and license out to third parties the distribution, marketing and sales of our products. We have a new technology aiming to protect the intercellular Tight Junctions of epithelial cells when insult has triggered a change in its closing.\\The opening of the Tight Junctions results in abnormal increased permeability, which allows an interchange of fluids, bacteria, toxins and viruses triggering a negative spiral of immune response, irritation and inflammation and further opening of the Tight Junctions. Our technology stabilizes the permeability of the epithelial cells subject to insult and helps to correct it. Additionally reduces the adhesiveness to cellular walls affecting the pathogenic capability and proliferation of bacteria. \\We have products for adults and children in indications ranging from Gastroenterology; diarrhea, infant colic, IBSd; Urology; treatment and prevention of uncomplicated UTI, vaginal candidiasis; Dermatology; Atopic Dermatitis and ENT; Rhinitis treatment and prevention, and we have further applications of the technology in preparation. \\The activity of the products is due to its physicochemical characteristics devoid of pharmacological activity, minimizing safety risks contrary to some of the products being used in these indications today.\\The products are classified as medical devices and developed with a comprehensive pre-clinical and clinical package.
