Protocols of GOA Industrial investing and participating in any projects are:1. The projects can be located anywhere in the world, but preferably Asia.2. The project or business opportunity should preferably have a controlling entity registered in Malaysia, Singapore or Southeast Asia.3. (B) Manufacturing of any kind but in large scale (e.g. pharmaceutical ingredients, automotive parts, food/beverage, medical device & apparel, chemicals & petrochemicals, machinery, etc.).GOA Industrial S/B is also the Strategy Consulting & Transformation arm for its consortium investors by placing managerial advisors and teams to their investees, with the primary objectives to:- Lead major corporate transformation exercise- Design and implement corporate strategies (market & operational)- Advise on mergers, acquisitions and strategic partnerships
