We enjoy providing psychosocial support services in the following areas: High Intensity Daily Personal Activities Assistance to with Social, Economic and Community Participation Psychosocial recovery coaching  TransportWe operate in the following catchments:Inner East Melbourne, Bayside, Outer East, South EastWe provide supports to Clients who's plans are;Plan Managed and Self-Managed.Our qualified Mental Health Workers have the following qualifications (As a minimum):  Certificate IV in Mental health or equivalent  First Aid & CPR Certificate Police check Working with Children check Disability worker exclusion scheme check NDIS worker orientation module "Quality, Safety & You"What you can expect from us: No long referral forms! An Initial discussion with you to review your needs We will phone the Client to better understand their needs  Face to face meeting with Client at their home  Unique process to match two of our qualified Mental Health Workers to the client's personality, plan and needs.  Regular Client progress updatesWe believe we can be the ones that help our Clients to live their best life!
