The Festival enables Platforma to promote its values, including social activism and building bridges between cultures and communities. Platforma's directors and members are philanthropists, photographers, artists and social activists. Most of its members are volunteers, motivated by their vision of improving our society through the universal language of photography.Platforma has initiated and produced five photography festivals in Israel that have welcomed over 200,000 visitors. Platforma is active in Israel and abroad in promoting its vision throughmultiple photography events, workshops and social activism programs.
