The ISRAEL HOTEL ASSOCIATION is the representative body of Israel's hotel industry. The IHA serves as an umbrella organization dedicated to the professional enhancement of the industry. The IHA incorporates 380 hotels from Metulla in the far north to Eilat in the far south. The Association promotes, develops and expands tourism in Israel, represents hotels before national and international bodies, protects the legal interests of members vis-a-vis other bodies and helps protect the rights of hoteliers. We realize that Israel's status as a tourist destination will be determined on the basis of tourist satisfaction - foreign and domestic tourists alike. The number of tourists visiting Israel will be higher or lower according to this parameter. The IHA seeks to raise hotels to the highest level possible, thereby increasing tourist satisfaction to the maximum. A special Hotel Association office operates at Ben Gurion International Airport to help tourists who did not book a hotel in advance of arrival. Israel, the Land of the Bible, and the people of Israel look forward to welcoming visitors with open arms.
