The mission of the Orange County Industrial Development Agency (IDA) is to advance the health, prosperity, and welfare of our County's citizens by striving to attract business expansion, encouraging economic influx, and to create and retain employment opportunities. With the IDA, companies can receive assistance through a program of incentive–based allocations that assist in the construction, equipping and maintenance of corporate projects and facilities. Partnering with federal, state, regional and local agencies, the IDA and Orange County Partnership facilitate strategic planning and resource identification to help existing and incoming companies expand on their location, equipment, technology, and their temporary and long term work force.
