Créé en 2003, le Partenariat du Quartier des spectacles est un organisme à but non lucratif qui regroupe une soixantaine de membres actifs sur le territoire. Son conseil d'administration est constitué de représentants des milieux de la culture, des institutions, de l'éducation, des affaires, de la ville de Montréal ainsi que des résidents. Le Partenariat permet ainsi aux principaux acteurs du territoire de concerter leurs efforts pour intervenir ensemble. Le Partenariat a pour mission de contribuer activement, avec les pouvoirs publics et les divers acteurs intervenant sur son territoire, au développement et à la mise en valeur culturels du Quartier des spectacles, en intégrant à toutes ses actions les dimensions urbaine, touristique, sociale et économique. Le Partenariat voit à l'animation du Quartier par la programmation d'activités culturelles, la gestion des places publiques et l'enrichissement de l'offre culturelle générale. Its board is composed of representatives from the cultural, institutional, educational and business sectors, the city of Montreal as well as local residents. The Quartier des spectacles allows the key stakeholders on its territory to combine their efforts and act in concert. The mission of the Quartier des spectacles Partnership is to actively contribute, in collaboration with public authorities and various area stakeholders, to the development and promotion of the cultural value of the Quartier by integrating urban, touristic, social and economic considerations into every one of its actions. The Partnership oversees the Quartier's activities through cultural programming, the management of the public spaces and enhancement of the general cultural offering.
