Founded by three legendary volleyball coaches who are passionate about giving back and improving the game, AOC's unwavering commitment is to offer tools that will help coaches and players continually improve and evolve. We have coached both genders at all levels, however, we specialize in coaching and teaching women's volleyball. Our intent is to present diverse perspectives on volleyball techniques, tactics, drills, practice, physical conditioning and mental training.It is our firm belief that there are many ways to coach and many ways to teach this great sport. We would like to stimulate you to think and to establish your own coaching philosophy.We are all an eclectic product of the coaches we played for, learned from and coached with.
