Our precision equipment were brought from Japan and Taiwan, and can produce about 600,000 stamped parts as well as 5,000 to 10,000 machined parts every day. The material thickness of our stamped parts ranges from 0.03mm to 6mm, the maximum length and width can be up to 1,200mm x 600mm, the accuracy can be up to ±0.01mm and ±0.005mm.The raw materials we use mainly include all kinds of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, galvanized steel sheet, magnesium alloy, titanium alloy and all kinds of special materials. We handle surface treatments including polishing, sandblasting, zinc plating, tin plating, nickel plating, gold plating, silver plating, copper plating, alloy plating and spraying (painting and powder spraying), anodizing and electrophoresis.Quality Guaranteed Using Advanced Testing EquipmentAll our products are compliant with the RoHS Directive, and we utilize high precision testing equipment to ensure the high quality of all outgoing products.
