Funding will come from the now current Federal Education Budget which equals more than a trillion dollars per year. The money will no longer fund expensive private educations, but education for all Americans. There will be a national educational agenda focused mainly on Math, Science and Technology with a secondary on other subjects. Why does this help the economy? It helps to provide a more educated America that can give back through innovation and a wealthier workforce. The workforce at this level should have higher incomes and thus higher tax revenue for the country. Smarter Americans will help the new America become more competitive in the international arena.This is the Real Change that America needs!
