Then the website is given to our IT team to program, host and integrate the website into our proprietary Ardis CRM system.The technology platform allows Ardis to process customers' orders in real-time; interact with the credit card processor; communicate with the respective fulfillment centers; provide media campaign tracking, analytics, optimization and reporting; and access customer orders, allowing the customer service team to provide its excellent customer support.Ardis Health believes one of the most important aspects of our business is providing great customer service. To accomplish this we have secured relationships with leading fulfillment centers to pack and ship our products directly to our customers.
