Health services are offered on a sliding fee scale allowing patients access to care at their ability to pay. In addition, the Good Sam Urban Farm provides fresh produce for the FoodRX Program. The FoodRX Program provides nutritional food items to individuals and families suffering from nutritional related diseases for a low co-pay of $5 for an entire 8 week period.
