Our in-house digital team developed software:• to manage project documentation and engineering data including tag management in real time in cloud environment and provide automated workflows between engineering disciplines, offices and parties involved in a project. • to control man-hours, project budget and to process timesheets• to manage HR activities including recruitment and onboarding• to record meeting notes and manage tasks and events• etc. Our software is used by contractors that provide services to the major clients in the oil and gas industry of Kazakhstan. In 2020, KMGP and Bechtel (USA) established a joint venture Bechtel KMGP LLP to offer collective expertise to clients from oil and gas sector in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
