Padmashri Kamalatai Hospet founded VSPM AHE which today runs over 64 educational institutions including the prestigious NKP Salve Institute of Medical Sciences and Lata Mangeshkar Hospital, Nagpur. Hon'ble Shri Ranjeetbabu Deshmukh, Ex-Minister for Agriculture and Textiles, today heads VSPM AHE.
