So Brent, together with Jack Nicklin, started creating Globus original content. Today the Globus library consists of over 20 texts.-Approach: running courses like a classroom produces graduates-not business people! So we decided to run our sessions more like real business. Instead of lecturing, we have trainees learn by doing it themselves. We call it PSA-problem/solution/application. First we present a problem for the trainees to fix, then introduce best-practice solutions and finally have the trainees apply those best practices.-Trainers: the last piece of the puzzle was finding people who could train and speak business-not just English.
