Congregation Shaar Hashomayim, founded in 1846 and located in Westmount, Quebec, close to downtown Montreal, is Canada's oldest and largest traditional synagogue. Welcoming Jews of all levels of observance, we are a vibrant Congregation that adheres to traditional Halacha Jewish law.
