The Company was acquired during 2010 by the ALTICE Group owned by Patrick Drahi specializes in operating companies in the telecommunication field accross many countries in the world. The fact that Mirs won a tender for UMTS frequencies 3.9 Generation cellular operator in April 2011 opens a new horizon for innovation and providing cellular communication under advanced technology.
