Since BC Floor Plans creation in 2007 we have learned that floor plans are just one side of your listing story. By 2008 BC Floor Plans had already added high definition photography and video to our repertoire, all provided in a professional online virtual tour. Over time we have developed these further to include interactive 2D or 3D floor plans, incorporating your marketing materials for a high quality immersive experience. More recently we can also boast the addition of the exciting new Matterport technology to our floor plan division. Using specialised equipment we can now create a virtual replica of your listing, with both the detail of an architectural drawing and the beauty of a ‘dollhouse'.Within 2016 we have made further additions and expanded further to include our own Staging division. Our detail-oriented visionaries are well experienced in advising and transforming your listing to look its absolute best. Beginning with expert advice in one of our extensive staging consultations and working through to complete re-designs, including furniture and accessories, BC Floor Plans has a package to suit your project.While online marketing is phenomenal we recognise that there is still a need for tangible marketing tools within this industry. Not all buyers will make decisions on the spot and hard copies of your listing particulars are a great way to keep your listings fresh in their mind. At BC Floor Plans we offer fully customisable templates to create beautiful marketing materials, such as feature sheets and flyers, that buyers will want to keep long after your property story is complete.
