("Founders"​) is a family firm, established in 2014, that invests its partners' own capital and focuses on applying operating know-how in medium-sized consumer goods manufacturing businesses in order to build thriving organizations over the long term. Our partners combine 30 years' private equity experience in over 80 companies with deep operating knowledge. Outside the partners, our team consists of individuals with operating or transaction experience.Our firm is led by Richard Harris, Rod Senft, Trevor Johnstone and Derek Senft. Richard Harris is the former CEO of Golden Boy Foods, a private label food manufacturer that was sold to Post Holdings in 2014 for $323 million. Golden Boy Foods was a portfolio company of Tricor Pacific Capital in its fourth fund.
