Fit4Skool is a unique online program to promote healthy eating and physical activity in schools. It was developed to engage students of all ages in a fun and non-competitive environment which will develop and encourage students to form healthy life habits. The program was designed by teachers to be easily implemented as it slots easily into a class timetable. The principal aim of Fit4Skool is to set students on a positive pathway to life-long healthy living that they can follow and benefit from their whole lives. Fit4Skool is designed to be more than a school resource. Fit4Skool will unite school life and home life together to maximise student progress, communication and to encourage a shared learning environment in which students, teachers and families can benefit. Students can continue their learning through the website or the mobile application on a smart phone. Parents can access the Healthy Eating Zone to use the recipes and all the worthwhile information available there. Parents can also help a child with the development of their fundamental movements and in preparation for the three annual challenges.
