Al-Qadir University, envisioned by the Chairman of the trust, Mr. Imran Khan, will be a global centre for Islamic scholarship and learning. Based in Sohawa, near Islamabad, Al-Qadir will be a global centre for Islamic scholarship and learning. It seeks to explore and synthesize the ancient and modern pedagogical practices within the fields of Islamic History, Philosophy, Art, Finance, Economics, Psychology and Spirituality among others. Al-Qadir aspires to cultivate an environment of intellectual and spiritual awakening for knowledge seekers, as they navigate modern ideas and challenges while actualizing the self in the process, as humble servants of God and humanity.
