Enablis is a Canadian non-profit organization co-founded in 2002 by Canadian business leaders Charles Sirois and Paul Lamontagne, along with Accenture, and supported by the Government of Canada. Its mission is to support SME entrepreneurs who create jobs in developing and emerging countries, leading to sustainable economic growth.Enablis identifies men and women entrepreneurs and nurtures their development through a unique mix of networking, coaching, mentoring and skills acquisitions. Enablis also offers its most advanced members a unique International Mentoring Program (IMP) matching them with Canadian sucessful business executives.Enablis has current operations in West Africa (Ghana and Senegal).Since its launch in 2004 in South Africa, Enablis has supported over 2,400 entrepreneurs. Each Enablis entrepreneur creates on average 8 jobs.
