Mary realizes that the key to success is caring about what her customers need: fast, reliable deliveries, paired with excellent and proactive customer service. Having been on the road, Mary has a unique understanding of the challenges that operators face on the highways every day, and being in the back-office, she bridges the gap between customers, management and truckers.
