REDIST is a B2B SaaS platform for commercial real estate professionals — developers, investors, and brokers — to save time and money on their deals and access more deals. Our main offering is REDIST Projects, a cloud-based software that identifies, curates, and sizes all eligible incentives for a specific property address. REDIST aggregates the $100B of real estate incentives given out annually across more than 10,000 programs that fall into 18 different categories — Tax Abatements, Tax Credits, Soft Loans and Grants from HUD, and other exemptions like Opportunity Zones or Qualified Census Tracts. Affordable Housing and energy efficiency incentives are a cornerstone of the programs we support. Our PropTech startup team of seven operates out of the Columbia Startup Lab, and we are currently in Lowenstein Sandler's VentureCrush First Growth, having completed Accelerate 2020 with Bowery Capital and Silicon Valley Bank.
