In working with scientific researchers we have made, and continue to make, a substantial contribution to China's academic developmentEditSprings has always upheld the principle of "quality first, customer first" and this commitment has remained in place even as its products have diversified. We employ more than 1,000 editors and work with over 80,000 customers who have, to date, contributed more than 220,000 manuscripts. We are currently working to establish relationships with journals and international publishers.EditSprings was established in 2010. In 2012 we recruited 200 editors, and took on assignments from more than 9,000 customers. In 2014, we launched an academic translation service and established an office in Wuhan, China. By this stage, our total customers had more than doubled to 20,000. In 2016, we began to transition towards providing comprehensive academic services and, two years later, began to establish relationships with Chinese universities and research institutes.
