The Zambia Institute of Banking and Financial Services (ZIBFS) was established in 1992 with the objective of promoting professionalism within the banking and financial services sector.During its 25 years of service, ZIBFS has emerged as a premier institute in banking and finance education for those employed as well as seeking employment in the sector, aiming for professional excellence.Since inception, the Institute has educated numerous members and awarded several banking and finance qualifications as shown below:1. Professional Diploma and Advanced Professional Diploma in Banking & Financial Services, 2. Academic Diploma and Certificate in Banking & Finance and 3. Post Graduate Certificates in Retail Banking and Risk Management4.
