YES! Clean Energy Group is comprised of multiple internationally cooperative companies whose mission is to provide efficient and affordable clean energy products. By working together, our companies both design and manufacture clean energy technology.In the early 1980s, when China transformed itself into a free market economy, some entrepreneurs working in real estate development and management became the first generation of wealthy business leaders. They witnessed a severe challenge in China's pollution after 30 years of industrialization, and so they formed Shenzhen Heng Tao Investment Company in Shenzhen, China, hoping to utilize private wealth to promote environmentally friendly technology and business. This was the beginning of YES! Clean Energy Group.In the 1990s, the group founded a company in Hong Kong called Hong Kong Yick Shun Industry Investment Co. Ltd. This company invested in a hydro dam project and electrical power utility company in Jiangxi Province in China.Since 2000, the group has been diligently searching for investment opportunities overseas.After due diligence research and negotiation with the College of William and Mary, from 2013 to the end of 2015, Hong Kong Yick Shun invested in Vertical Carbon Technologies, Inc. located in Virginia, USA. VCT licensed patents from the college to explore standardization and commercialization of fluffy graphene and two-dimensional carbon nanomaterials for energy storage devices.In 2015 USA Yick Shun High-Tech Investment, Inc. was incorporated in the USA to financially support high-tech start-up companies and research projects related to clean energy technology, such as solar PV, smart LED lighting, storage batteries and EV chargers.In late 2015, Hong Kong Yick Xin and Shenzhen Yick Xin Technology companies were founded by the group to continue to explore advanced materials for all solid state thin film batteries, fuel cells, supercapacitors and microelectronics.In early 2016, the group founded Chengdu Yick Jet Plasma Technology Co. Ltd. which specializes in vacuum research system integration and plasma processing technology.In late 2016, the group founded Chengdu Hua Ju Co. Ltd. which specializes in robotic machinery equipment.In late 2016, the group founded Yes Clean Energy, LLC, which specializes in e-commerce and business imports.
