Our goal from the start has been to create a supportive community for the families we work with. No more one-size fits all models, we provide more and always will.We want to feel like a second home. We strive to be a safe place where families can come together to lean on one another. A place where children can come in, learn, and grow together. Dragonfly ABA's specially trained therapists care about our children, and want more for the families they work with. From daily living skills to communication and sensory needs, our staff is there to support each child grow in their own way. Each therapist is trained and supervised on a regular basis by experienced BCBAs who have worked hands on with children in a multitude of settings, creating a well-rounded and personalized program for your child.We commits to never stop learning ourselves. Our staff understands that ABA is a growing scientific field, and the most important thing we can do is stay on top of new research and evidence-based practices through continuous learning. We use state of the art software to monitor your child's goals, growth, and skills. Then, through regular meetings, we not only teach you how to read your child's session data, but also explain exactly how they're progressing and strategies that work best. Our goal is to always be transparent with you, making you feel educated, empowered, and part of our team.At Dragonfly ABA, we all work hard, and love what we do. That's why a large part of our goal is looking for active and involved families who want to come together, and help grow a community. We understand that it can be isolating and stressful trying to navigate all of the services and roles thrown at you.
