I'm a Dutch free-lance visual designer with over ten years of work experience. In the past I have worked for various design companies in both print and multi-media design, doing projects for well known brands such as Disney and Philips, but also designing for theatres, foundations and educational organisations.\This diversity has made me a flexible designer with a versatile portfolio to show for it.\\My portfolio contains examples of game visuals, interface design, photography, illustration, animation, logo design and printed matter. For all projects I have done my own art direction and in a few cases I was also responsible for the concept.\\Besides transforming ideas into visuals, I also write. In my opinion, writing is similar to visual design. In both cases you are creating and both disciplines start with a blank page.\I write for the hell of it and I write professionally. I've written (game) dialogue, scenarios and short stories in both Dutch and English.
