As a high-tech enterprise, Microwave systems JSC has continued to advance microwave and RF technology to supply many solutions and products for radar, communication systems, test and measurement and other commercial and industrial market since 2004.Product lines include the following products:• Broadband high-power and medium-power CW microwave amplifiers from 1 to 20 GHz;• Pulse microwave amplifiers and T/R modules operating from L- to Ku-bands;• Control and multifunction microwave devices;• Custom specified GaAs and GaN MMICs & HMICs.Microwave systems JSC has its own design center with high qualified specialists. The specialized R&D team consists of 35 members. There are over 100 types of multifunction modules developed by the company. The area of the office, production, laboratory premises is 1500 sq. m. There is also a 200 - sq. m. ISO 7 class clean room. Microwave systems JSC is an ISO 9001: 2015 certified manufacturer.The produced modules are built on the basis of modern gallium arsenide (GaAs) and gallium nitride (GaN) microwave transistors and monolithic integrated circuits of Russian and foreign origin. High-power amplifiers have high and uniform gain in the octave or multi-octave frequency bands, wide dynamic and temperature ranges, small dimensions and weight, as well as functional features that increase their operational and reliability characteristics: temperature compensation (gain temperature changes typically no more than +/- 1,5 dB in the range from –55 °C to +75 °C degrees), pulse modulation option with the rise/fall times less, than 0,2 μs, built-in output power detector and digital gain control.
