1st Link Group was founded with one focused intent- to provide Canadian organizations with a holistic approach to the "Human" side of "Human Capital Management", or HCM.Most HR services organizations typically focus on either providing human resources- aka recruiting- to companies, or on the training – aka coaching- for employees already on board. But, they don't actually connect the company and employee needs with culture, and feed back to the recruitment process. 1st Link Group focuses linking those 2 activities together, and more importantly, in creating a feedback loop from learnings achieved in the coaching process back into the hiring requirements. In other words, we link the processes together to create a model that is continuously improving.By creating the link between hiring and coaching, we help our partners enrich their culture and therefore their employee engagement. And, as market research has shown us, employee engagement is a leading indicator of overall company performance and success.In other words- linking hiring to coaching and back to the hiring process ultimately bridges- ie.
