360 Fit Performance Centre is Leeds' first all in one facility which was created to help people who live/work around Leeds receive A simple, stress free and complete way of getting fit and healthy.All 360 Fit PC members receive weekly one to one personal training sessions included in their gym membership to ensure that we do all planning and preparation.Our aim is to make fitness simple, we believe that people have a lot of stress in their lives from work, family and other external sources and the first thing that we all neglect is ourselves. At 360 Fit Performance Centre, we aim to restore the balance by providing our members with a all in one service where their health and fitness can be looked after without them not needing to do any additional work or take on any additional stress. Let us take care of your health and fitness for you.Our flagship membership is the 360 Complete Transformation. This takes care of all of your health and fitness needs, all your training sessions will be with your own 360 Fit Personal Trainer and all of your meals for 7 days a week will be made for you to your individual requirements. All you need to do is turn up to your training sessions, collect your meals after your session and eat them. A simple, stress free and complete way of getting fit and healthy.Our 360 Standard membership is for anyone who wants long term, sustainable results. Starting at just £15 a week you are given all the tools to be able to build healthy habits and routines that you need to achieve your goal. You receive a Personal Training session and a check in per week with your trainer to ensure that you are progressing and that you are motivated and accountable.
