Anyone who has ever been part of a Rugby Club knows that Rugby has the power to remove social and economic boundaries and is completely unique and non-discriminating. It teaches young people self-discipline, teamwork, and helps to raise their self-confidence and self-esteem – it moulds people like nothing else ! What is 7sTOUCH ? 7s TOUCH - a fun, fast paced, non-contact game based on Rugby Sevens. How can 7sTOUCH promote rugby union ? 7s TOUCH is a creative game that promotes the use of space, we are not all about structure and our focus is more freedom of play based, more time passing the ball and improving peripheral vision, resulting in more fun and an increased number of smiley faces. Can anyone play ? Yes we believe our USP is the ability that the entire family can play. 7sTOUCH can be played by ALL. Is it different to 6-Down Touch ? Absolutely YES. Its massively different. 6-Down Touch is a game that was designed by Rugby League Players in Australia and is 100% based on Rugby League. From the start of the game, 6-down players tend to drive the ball up the middle of the field. One team attacking, and the other scrambling back in defence. When the attacking team gets to the 5m zone, they have a number of set moves aimed at scoring try's. Additionally, when they get touched, the player in possession has to do a "Roll Ball". The "Roll Ball" has no place on a rugby union field, its is 100% Rugby League. #WeLoveRugbyUnion
