A BETTER ALTERNATIVE NURSING AGENCY uses the entire nursing process which includes data gathering, physical assessment, developing a plan to execute home care, establish interventions to accomplish the plan of home care, evaluate the interventions and it's effectiveness regularly and revise the plan when necessary. We use this process to ensure that each of our client's needs are met; be it…critical skills care, personal & senior care, private duty nursing. We determine which of the various healthcare disciplines to to utilize to include RNs, LPNs, CNAs, GNAs, Sitters or Med-Techs. Patients are individually assessed and managed, considering all the entities which makes them unique and special. The assessment will be a bench-mark in determining the level of care and assigning the individuals that best compliment each of our customers. We're licensed to offer three levels of care ranging from companion care to very skilled intensive care for stable patients in the home.
