A Green Legacy is a hub for current and aspiring cannabis entrepreneurs with a mission to make business ownership accessible to everyone. Announced in January 2021, A Green Legacy provides its community with opportunities and resources rooted in the belief that information should be shared and the social capital and community needed to thrive in the industry should be ungated. With a major gap in cannabis business ownership, funding, and support for marginalized people and communities historically impacted by cannabis prohibition, A Green Legacy is centered on – but not exclusive to – providing vulnerable entrepreneurs valuable opportunities, amplification, and resources that will help them enter and compete in the billion-dollar cannabis industry.
