We have an independent mold plant with well-equipped facilities like CNC machining center, linear cutting machine, electric spark machine, milling machine, grinding machine and other lathes. Also we have a full equipped plastic injection molding plant, the length of plastic part we can produce can be up to 1.2 meter. Most of our injection molding machines have automatic robot hands which are high efficient for demoulding. During our business operation, we clearly realize that the perfect mold design is very important for mold making and injection molding. All of our mold designers are well trained and have many experiences with western quality standards. We insist on having an in-depth evaluation for the plastic part right before the mold design & making. For instance, we have to confirm every single details with customers like plastic material, plastic part color, product surface & texture, UV resistance, parting line, gate type & location etc. If there are some of unreasonable structures somewhere in the plastic part 3D drawing, we will provide our suggestions for optimal design so as to avoid the problems.
