We insist on having an in-depth evaluation for the plastic part right before the mold design & making. For instance, we have to confirm every single details with customers like plastic material, plastic part color, product surface & texture, UV resistance, parting line, gate type & location etc. If there are some of unreasonable structures somewhere in the plastic part 3D drawing, we will provide our suggestions for optimal design so as to avoid the problems.
